Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Connecto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Connecto.

2. Service Description

Connecto is a SaaS platform that automates LinkedIn outreach using AI-generated messaging. The Service allows users to:

  • Import leads from LinkedIn search results.
  • Create automated outreach sequences (connection requests and follow-up messages).
  • Generate AI-personalized messages based on prospect profiles.
  • Track campaign performance and engagement metrics.

3. LinkedIn Automation Disclaimer

Important:Connecto automates interactions on LinkedIn. While we implement comprehensive anti-ban protections (warm-up periods, daily limits, human-like delays), using automation tools may violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service. By using Connecto, you:

  • Acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk regarding your LinkedIn account.
  • Understand that Connecto cannot guarantee your LinkedIn account will not be restricted.
  • Accept full responsibility for how you use automation on your LinkedIn account.

Connecto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

4. Account Rules

  • One Connecto account is linked to one LinkedIn account. You cannot connect multiple LinkedIn profiles.
  • Your plan choice (Student or Professional) is permanent and cannot be changed after signup.
  • Your authentication method (email/password or Google) is permanent. Accounts cannot be merged across providers.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes (handled by Stripe Tax). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Failed payments will trigger a notification. After 3 consecutive failures, your account may be suspended.
  • Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount. Early cancellation of annual plans does not entitle you to a prorated refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Attempt to circumvent LinkedIn's rate limits beyond what Connecto manages.
  • Share your account with others or resell access to the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Connecto Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Connecto and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data (lead lists, message templates, campaign configurations). We claim no ownership over your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connecto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of LinkedIn account access, lost business opportunities, data loss, or loss of profits.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Connecto in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, LinkedIn API changes, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. We will notify users of planned downtime when possible.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
